The JUMA duo like to take contemporary themes from the west and fuse them together with tribal themes from the east. This Inuit print is inspired by Northern Canadian Aboriginal culture where they took ideas from old Inuit folklore stories and artworks and hand drew designs based on the local wildlife.  These ideas were fused together using inspirations from New York city graffiti street art to create something more indigenous yet contemporary.
