During their youth the JUMA’s would often travel to Kenya Africa where they spent many weekends traveling to Mombasa for beach vacations. They would sit by the shore lines and sip coconut water and watch the Masai tribes dance by the waves. The Massai tribes were very decorative people, adorning beautiful layered necklaces, printed wraps, bodies covered in tribal paint and tattoos. The duo was heavily inspired by the African Masai culture, this Striped Tribal print is derived from thetribal paint and tattoos adorned by the Masai.
