JUMA reserves the right to refuse shipping to any order for security or credit card fraud reasons.
Order information:
JUMAstudio is a made-to-order platform where all orders are produced once it has been placed online. This is to reduce inventory waste that happens with traditional retail. It is part of our sustainable approach to retail and design.
Shipping time:
All orders take 1 -14 days to produce and will be shipped once ready. The shipping transit time takes an additional 7-15 days depending on customs, the delivery location, and general flight schedules. Orders are shipped from China.

Exchanges/returns:
Since this is a made to order platform, there are no returns. If the order is damaged, please contact us at [email protected] and send us photos of the product with the damage and we can send a new one to you.
